Marketing Executive
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Generating business and sales of the EOT Infotech products under web applications.
2. Communicating effectively and efficiently with customers.
3. Understanding and analyzing the work flow and providing input to improve it.
4. Recordingi customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the development team.
5. Recommending processes, templates, and standards (including escalation procedures) for customer support.
6. Suggesting new ways as well as methods and channels to provide better customer support.
Telecaller for Product Promotion
- Minimum HSC Pass (Fresher to be considered as Trainees)
- Bachelor Degree – Communications, English and/or Computers (desired not compulsory)
- Fluency with general desktop productivity software
- Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
- Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
- Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
