Job Location: 
Delhi, NCR

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Generating business and sales of the EOT Infotech products under web applications.
2. Communicating effectively and efficiently with customers.
3. Understanding and analyzing the work flow and providing input to improve it.
4. Recordingi customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the development team.
5. Recommending processes, templates, and standards (including escalation procedures) for customer support.
6. Suggesting new ways as well as methods and channels to provide better customer support.
7. Keeping customers informed of developments at via mails, newsletters and exception reporting.
8. Analyzing the various touch points with a customer and increasing interaction through automated systems for generating additional revenue.
9. Helping the Manager, Customer Relations to maintain a knowledge base on customer support with information on the latest trends and best practices in the industry
10. Working with the Customer Relations Manager and Lead to implement a progressive database marketing strategy.
